He is a Professional Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Development Activist, Gender, Livelihood, Enterprise Development & Value Chain Expert. He did his Masters from Govt. College University (GCU), Lahore, and, MBA from (PCBI), studied Social Engineering for Participatory Development from National Institute of Social Engineering & GIS (NISEGIS). Studied “How to start a new business” at the University of Maryland, United States of America. He worked with Daily Jang, The Frontier Post, Daily Pakistan, and Khaleej Today. As a trainer, he provided training and consultancy services to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), UNOPS, The Asia Foundation (TAF), SOS, National Rural support program (NRSP), Punjab Rural Support Program (PRSP), Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), ManTech & ARC, Human Resource Learning Centre (HRLC), Complete Human Resource Solutions (CHRS). Possibilities (Pvt.) Ltd. He is the Founder & CEO of Consultancies (Pvt.) Ltd. He coordinated and worked as Lead Trainer of Citizen’s Campaign for Women Representation (CCWR) 2000 and 2005 organized by Aurat Foundation. He conducted the Citizens Community Board Mobilization (CCBM) and CCB Project Cycle Management (PCM) trainings in Lahore as Senior Trainer of the project of Youth Commission for Human Rights (YCHR) and Citizen Commission for Human Development Lahore for the support organization of Devolution Trust for Community Empowerment (DTCE) Islamabad. He conducted trainings for Women Councilors as Research Analyst of Women Political School (WPS) on gender sensitization a project of Ministry of Women Development funded by UNDP and trainings of women leaders
