Training on: Leadership Development – People Management Skills & Management Communications

Mera Maan conceptualized, designed and implemented a 1-day behavior change and motivational training, conducted through 8 training days for 200 mid-level professionals from the Banking Services Corporation, SBP. Held at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), from December 2016 to March 2018, the program involved undertaking a competency assessment, establishing training objectives, and designing and conducting a highly experiential training in leadership development. The training was based on the nine needs framework, and the training objectives were to:

 

  • Articulate the difference between being a manager and a leader;
  • Describe the tools and techniques for keeping their team members motivated to perform optimally;
  • Understand how to effectively communicate difficult messages or resolve conflict within the team;

Develop a people management plan that is simple and easy to implement.
