Synopsis:
Mera Maan Pvt Limited collaborated with PEAD to design and implement two interactive capacity development courses for 1400 adolescent girls aged 13-19 in Peshawar. The “Work Readiness & Life Skills” course focused on building confidence, professional development, financial skills, and life skills. The “Entrepreneurship Development Training” course targeted 300 female youth graduates from TVET institutions, providing them with skills in business development, marketing, and financial management.

– Enhance the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and confidence of 1400 adolescent girls from marginalized communities in Peshawar.
– Equip 300 female youth graduates with entrepreneurship skills to explore and establish sustainable businesses.
