The First Women Bank Limited was awarded a Rs. 27.5 million grant for a Project titled ‘Building First Women Bank Limited’s Capacity to Empower Home Based Workers (HBWs) and Small Scale Entrepreneurs (SSEs) to Lead Change’ under Gender Equity Program (GEP) of Aurat Foundation (AF) by the support of the American People through United States Agency for International Development (USAID).  The overall Project objective was to enhance the Financial Inclusion of Women, thus leading to poverty alleviation, access to much needed finance, increasing the habit of saving, and provision of other bank services. • To orient the participants so that they may be able to effectively describe the project and articulate its significance for FWBL.

To have the participants articulate how various Units/Departments will engage with the Project, and express their commitment to the Project and what it means to work as a winning team.
