Mera Maan understood the requirements for such an intervention and designed a three-hour module that addressed the following:

  • How to define success, and the core qualities of a successful person;
  • How to define gender terminologies, and explain why gender sensitivity is important at an organizational and personal level.

This session has now become an integral part of the various entry level curriculum.
