Professional Behavior in the Workplace

A training session was designed and conducted by Mera Maan on Assertive Communication for professional Behavior under the project ‘Gender Responsive Policing Project Phase III’ (2017-2019) for the Bureau of international Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and the national Police Bureau. In the session 30 women officers of Pakistan Motorway & Highway Police of various ranks participated and the objective of this session was to promote effective communication especially pertaining to work ethics and sexual and work place harassment, enabling them to handle such situations with professionalism.
