Client: Women’s Rights Association (WRA)

Date: July – August 2017

The project aimed at identifying role models and stars among existing entrepreneurs, and training them to lift up 10-12 other micro-entrepreneurs. Mera Maan’s interventions were as follows:

·        To develop an enterprise development curriculum that will build the capacities of existing women entrepreneurs so that they can emerge as role models and ‘stars’, with a voice and capacities that can guide and facilitate other women.

·        To pilot the training for the female role models and stars.

·        To train 4-5 members of WRA so that they can conduct the training for 90 role models and stars.

Two 3-days TOT was conducted, along with mentoring and guidance of the 5 trainers from WRA.
