Project Scope and Objectives
- Enhance capacity among local trainers to deliver effective business management and marketing training.
- Support asset beneficiaries in transitioning to sustainable micro-enterprises.

Project Deliverables:
- Development of participant handbooks and trainer manuals in English and Urdu.
- Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions focusing on business management, marketing, and enterprise skills.
- Revised Income Generation Plan (IGP) forms tailored to different business categories.
Implementation:
- Conducted Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with BRSP staff and trainers to identify training gaps.
